Cornice Mouldings

Cornice mouldings (or crown mouldings/coving as they are sometimes referred to) not only offer decorative and functional advantages, but the biggest advantage is the broad spectrum of application options. A ceiling cornice gives your ceiling a guaranteed beautiful contour and creates a visually attractive transition from wall to ceiling.

Using cornices, one can play with the visual dimensions of the room – widening the room or elongating the wall. Combining various elements of crown moldings, panels and paint combinations, one can either create the illusion of higher walls in a smaller space, or optically lower the ceiling in old town houses, where the typical high ceilings may make the room look unwelcoming and bare.

Orac cornices come in various styles and profiles, allowing you to choose the perfect design for your space. The main types include:

  • Classical Cornices: Intricate, ornate designs that bring an air of sophistication, ideal for traditional interiors.
  • Contemporary Cornices: Sleek, minimalist profiles that suit modern interiors and lend a crisp, clean finish.
  • LED Coving Cornices: Innovative designs that incorporate LED lighting to add ambiance, functionality and indirect lighting on your wall, whether uplighting or downlighting. These are perfect for modern and transitional styles.

Part of the cornice mouldings collection also comes in flexible variants, suitable for curved walls or ceilings.
